The initial consult is a way to acquire valuable insight that will help outline scope of work, determine client's style and preferences as well as budget and timelines.
- The 2 hour consult will include a thorough discussion of how you use your home and your needs. This enables us to design the perfect space for you now, and for the future.

We offer full scale design services for large or small projects. We work with a trusted team of contractors and trades., but are also happy to work with client's preferred trades. We work hard to ensure your project is completed to the highest standard, and do our best to ensure timelines and budgets are met.

THE PROCESS
initial consult
In our first meeting we will get to know each other and discuss your needs/wants for the space, timeline, budget, design style etc Measurements and photos will be taken (where applicable) to use for the design conception stage.
the contract
Once we have had our initial consultation a Scope of Work and customized contract will be drawn up detailing the project.
design development
We will work to carefully design your home based upon your needs, keeping your wishlist from the initial consult in mind. Creating floor plans, mood boards, sketches and drawings to show the full potential of your home. We will work with you to narrow down the design concept until it's the perfect option for you. Once the final concept has been confirmed, you will have all the information you need to obtain quotes from various trades.
design implementation
Sourcing & coordinating fixtures, furniture, materials and finishes for a design project can be overwhelming. We are here to help simplify the process and handle this for you. We will help you select the perfect items for your home and will coordinate with the contractor to ensure things arrive on time so that there is no interruption to the job flow.
project management
CR Design will conduct regular site visits, communicate directly with trades/contractor, clarify design details, coordinate finishes and fixtures. We are here to ensure this stage goes as smoothly as possible and stays on schedule and budget.
final touches
Once the project is complete and the dust settles, the final styling can be done to ensure your home looks it's best. Accessories, Art and finishing touches will be sourced and added to complete the look. Promo photographs may be taken at this time.
